Requirement for exemption from pf

If an employee is joined in a organisation.
In pervious company PF is deducted from Employee salary but now he don't want to deducted PF in new organisation and his salary is more than 6500 and hence he is a excluded employee in PF Act.

But what is the procedure to exempt from PF in new organisation becasue PF is deducted in pervious company

01 October 2011 According to me there is no such way to get exempt because if the Act applicable than it should be deduct otherwise you can contact with the department.
