28 September 2011 If a employee leaves the organisation & joins other organisation, then accumulated balance in PF a/c of previous entity can be redeemed????
In short can PF amount on account of Change in Job be withdrable???

28 September 2011 PF is transferable, he can bring the accumulated balance under the new employer account, and continue the same. its wise to resume the old accounts of PF always with new employer, coz the withdrawl before 5 years of complete services may initiate TDS on withdrawls.
