Need your favour can any one please arrange Check list of Legal laws applicable to Civil Construction company

actually the company for whom i works recently acquired a construction company for this i need it urgently

for e.g if on it service tax applicable what type of specific provisions to be adhere as construction company

Normally such check list secretarial department of company prepares for their purpose
