Can anyone tell me that how can I know the Winner or loser in a case law?

e.g In gratuity Act Travancore Plywood Industries Ltd VS. Regional Joint labour Commissioner

From the above case law how can I know the winner or loser of the above case...?

Check the CITATION of the case. The first name of the party is the appellant. If the judgement says that appeals are allowed or appeals decided in favour of appellant, means the case is won by the party who files the appeal i.e appellant.
