Please let me know if Private Company can be converted into Government Company ????

My salary is Rs. 10000 and i have worked 13 days in july 2010.So i got net salary of Rs. 4194(10000/31*13).

So what should be my bonus calculation as per Bonus act for this month:-
either
RS. 700 (Rs. 3500*20%)
or
Rs. 294 (Rs. 3500/31*13=1468*20%)

A person lived in India for more than 182 days in the year 2004-05,
So, he is PRI (Person Resident India) in the year 2005-06,
But if he went to abroad for the purpose of Employment on 30.06.2005 i.e in the current year, then what would be his residential status?

Release of exchange exceeding US $ 10,000 or its equivalent in one calendar year, for one or more private visits to any country (except Nepal and Bhutan) require prior approval of RBI except where the payment is made from RFC Account.

Suppose I visited Foreign and incurred the exp more than US $ 10,000/-
My question is how could I get prior approval while I had already cross the limit.

Bcoz foreign currency easily available outside the airport by the agents and I can get as much as I want.
