im feeling a bit difficult 2 learn company law.can any one suggest some ways to read it.

One of my client company has accepted foreign fund from NRIs under Automatic Route without repatriation benefits. Advance reporting form and FC GPR was filed by the company within the prescribed time. Now the company is declaring Dividend. So what are the documents required to intimate RBI.

with reference to above subject my aim to do llb and icwai along with ca. presently i am in ipcc and i have cleared my grp 1 i have joined articles in bellary. I have completed my B.com resently plz suggest me.....

If a director has taken a loan from a bank by pledging his FDs,and bank transfer the funds to company's loan a/c, comapny directly repaying the loan to bank on behalf of director,

then can it be treat as a loan taken from bank by the comapny or it should be treat as a unsecured loan from director?

what are the terms & conditions on loan to NRI and which section of FEMA govern it?

I have been isued an IEC Code No. some 15 years back and i used it for two years only. At present I want to use the same. what is the procedure. I am informed that IEC is a one time procedure. Whether I have to make a fresh application. please provide the formalities in full
