26 September 2011 "RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the special resolution passed under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on ……and in principle approval received for ………00,000 (….) warrants convertible into equity shares at a later date from the ..........Stock Exchange (NSE) and .........
