I have a query in relation to the validity of non judicial stamp papers. How to identify whether stamp papers are duly registered or not? Are the unregistered stamp papers valid?
Further, i have came across a stamp paper on the back of which nothing is written. Just a stamp is affixed. Will it effect the validity of agreement?

if dairy farm business(only milk is sold to co-oprative society without making any by products), is going on agricultural land, is there any requirement to convert the agri. land into non-agri. land
why it is required to convert agricultural land into non-agricultural land. what are the steps taken into conversion.

what is legal terminology for the doing or not doing of something which the promisor desires to be done or not done?

(B) Wishes
(C) Consideration
(D) Promise

If Mr. A pays stamp duty directly to the government for the land purchased in the name of company.
all payment made by cash.and Mr. A is also a director of that company.
please what would be the treatment.
is it correct or not.
and the traction amount of rs. 2crore in cash .

My queries is apropos registration with shops and Establishment Act, authorities.

whether registration is required in case of companies doing no business.

and in case of companies doing business but having no employees.

pl suggest.

Now a days, Registrar of company has provide online portal to upload all documents like balance sheet, annual return of company, compliance certificate etc online.

In this case if some one has a copy that is physically signed by the person then the company can use " sd/-" on sign site and can upload the document on ROC website, its ok..

But if some important documents are never physically signed and though the copies have been uploaded by mentioning "sd/-" then can we lodge a criminal complaint against the wrong doers.

Can a Pertnership firm & an Individual can jointly form a new partnership firm? & what are the issues arrise for optaining VAT, Service Tax, PAN, TAN, other Registration like PF, PT, ESIC Etc.

If an organisation is taking service from a contractor and that contractor is doing work outside the premises of that organisation then whether that organisation will deduct ESI Of that contractor or not? and clarify about section of this rule.

if it is proposed that the loan is converted into shares , and new increased share capital will exceed authorised share capital.

So the company should increase its authorised share capital prior to accepting application money ? or it can accept application money prior to increasing authorised share capital
