Bonus calculation

My salary is Rs. 10000 and i have worked 13 days in july 2010.So i got net salary of Rs. 4194(10000/31*13).

So what should be my bonus calculation as per Bonus act for this month:-
either
RS. 700 (Rs. 3500*20%)
or
Rs. 294 (Rs. 3500/31*13=1468*20%)

22 September 2011 bonus is payable on completion of 240 working days only, for fragments bonus is not calculated unless the employee is leaving the organisation,

in such events the descision of management is to be considered, there is no rule for payment of bonus for fragment periods.

But i know which you have explained.
It is just an example which i created for cal. of bonus for whole the year i.e what if tis type of situations are there.
So considered that i am calculating whole years bonus in which 1 month is like above then what will be the solution?
