im feeling a bit difficult 2 learn company law.can any one suggest some ways to read it.

I think it is not very tuff. You have to develop your interest in law. Discuss topic with your friends for better grip and for developing your interest.

This is because you are reading companies act as it is in your course. You read as a noval and enjoy it, it will be very easy and do not simply read but read with understanding the subject section and case laws.
