Can company take another company (same group) in lease agreement basis for 30 year?
Please suggest me format.

If you are aware of nature of lease then you have come to know that lease are two types one is Financial lease and other is operating lease.... As far As your query is concerned my opinion is a company can not be taken over by lease....

it does not fit in parameters of lease....
