There is a firm wherein all old 3 partners take retirement and 3 new partners are admitted to the firm on the same day.The firm was formed for a project which is not yet completed. The new partners will takeover the project. So will it amount to dissolution of firm??

a registered partnership deed was formed 3 years back having 3 partners. no work ws actually done.
but with the same name one partner is doing his business. nw other two r creating problem for him.
working partner wants the deed to be cancelled.

hw he can get the deed cancelled when other two r nt ready to sign.

now i further wish to pursue law from faculty of law new delhi in which graduation is the minimum eligibilty criteria for admission.

i wish to know whether such bcom(a&F) from ignou is valid for admission to faculty of law.
