Dear sir I have deposited a sum of Rs.18000/- in Ramel industries ltd. in a monthly deposit scheme of 5 yrs. but after few month the Co. branch in my town closes and without refunding a single rupee to us. There is a firm wherein all old 3 partners take retirement and 3 new partners are admitted to the firm on the same day.The firm was formed for a project which is not yet completed. The new partners will takeover the project. So will it amount to dissolution of firm??

a registered partnership deed was formed 3 years back having 3 partners. no work ws actually done.
but with the same name one partner is doing his business. nw other two r creating problem for him.
