In IPCC paper 2 company law, I came across the word "Central Government".. For example.. " A public company should get central government's approval to get converted to private company" So, my doubt is whether the company should go all the way to Delhi and get the approval? and what department of the government is concerned with all these matters?? Indian Citizen(Born India), join employment USA. Status of the said person as per FEMA Act NRI( Stay in aboard 182 day or more day previous 4-5 year). NRI person income earned in USA is transfer India at His Saving Bank Account and his family saving account in various date.Whether transfer of money is as per FEMA law ? NRI person can buy out of transfer money Immovbale property in india ?

my company is a manufacturing company engaged in manufacturing of Tobacco, scented elaichi, scented supari, candies etc in noida, uttar pradesh.
We have taken registration/license under SIA, factories act, noc from pollution and under food safety for food products.

Now my query, is there any other law/act in which registration/ licensing is required for the company. Company is large scale company.

kindly help me so that I can make my Company fully complied with law.
