2) While filling the form MGT 14, i am not able to upload digital signature in practicing professional column? why is that so? However in some cases signature of practicing professional are attachable while in some cases they are not. please solve the queries

There is a firm wherein all old 3 partners take retirement and 3 new partners are admitted to the firm on the same day.The firm was formed for a project which is not yet completed. The new partners will takeover the project. So will it amount to dissolution of firm??

a registered partnership deed was formed 3 years back having 3 partners. no work ws actually done.
but with the same name one partner is doing his business. nw other two r creating problem for him.
working partner wants the deed to be cancelled.

hw he can get the deed cancelled when other two r nt ready to sign.

i have done bcom (a&f) from ignou under ICAI-IGNOU memorandum.

now i further wish to pursue law from faculty of law new delhi in which graduation is the minimum eligibilty criteria for admission.

i wish to know whether such bcom(a&F) from ignou is valid for admission to faculty of law.

In IPCC paper 2 company law, I came across the word "Central Government".. For example.. " A public company should get central government's approval to get converted to private company" So, my doubt is whether the company should go all the way to Delhi and get the approval? and what department of the government is concerned with all these matters??
