Property rights

This query is : Resolved

12 October 2014 but I think will depens on ownership...and In case of mortgage property owenership may not be with borrower.....

owenership means borrower can sale it at any point of time..

13 October 2014 not at all. the borrower remain absolute owner of the property. just that he himself has created a lien over his asset and the lien is not permanent but subject to repayment of dues.

its like saying if I take education loan for my education, the degree doesn't belong to me but the lender!
