Every company having a paid up capital of Rs10 lakhs or more but less than a paid up capital of Rs.5 crores, shall get a compliance certificate from a practicing CS ie. FORM 66.Such certificate shall be filed with ROC within 30 days of AGM as per the Companies Act 1956.This is applicable for the Annual Accounts that end with 31.03.2014. As per new Companies Act,2013 these rules have been changed.
