There is a firm wherein all old 3 partners take retirement and 3 new partners are admitted to the firm on the same day.The firm was formed for a project which is not yet completed. The new partners will takeover the project. So will it amount to dissolution of firm??

if there is not even 1 old partner then it amounts to constitution of new partnership firms,
