Please solve the following queries
1) Till what date the board resolution regarding approval of annual accounts of company is required to be passed?
2) While filling the form MGT 14, i am not able to upload digital signature in practicing professional column? why is that so? However in some cases signature of practicing professional are attachable while in some cases they are not. please solve the queries
