i want to file form 23AC for FY 2013-14. so, my query is that which SRN no. for FORM 23B is to be write ( i.e SRN No. of form 23B for the year 2013 OR 2014).

SRN of e-form 23B filed pertaining to the Fin. Yr. 2013-14.
04 October 2014
You must HV appointed auditor in the agm of 2013 for the financial year 2013-14 and filed form 23B last year. So the srn of that form 23B will be used now.
