i am a ca student who had recently cleared my ipcc(both groups) in first attempt..i have started my articleship in my own town i.e. amritsar(punjab)...i want to ask which course should i join alongwith ca to improve my skills and even to secure my future well..i would be thankful to you if you advice me wheather mba in correspondence is beneficial or not??

Hi I use to work as a credit analyst in a credit rating agency(ICRA) for one and half year I, but for personal reasons I had to resign last year. I want to join the same again but meanwhile I want to do some courses or certification in the same FIELD.

I want to know which forms I am required to fill and submit to get Certificate of Practice also I want to open my own proprietorship concern and not join any firm/company. So which forms to fill regarding it.
Will the proprietorship have to be in my name? Can i add "& others" to the name?
Do I have register my proprietorship?

Iam 36 yrs old and my name is amit kanwat. I have done b.com , GNIIT (SOFT.ENG),PGDBA(MBA-HR&FIN)FRom SYMBIOSIS(Distance learning).presently, iam working in HR as manager and my CTC is very low. Below 50 K. Iam right now single that is bachelor. I was not good in studies so my qalifications are mostly, from distance learning. due to which i could not rise much in my lifeand not yet settled.Now with job iwant to do much better than what i did previously.Iam serious about it.I have enrolled in company sectretary(CS) course and doing well. i have worked out my basic in accounts / Taxation and basic maths which now i feel iam ok.please tell me after CS what should i do wheather to go for cost accountancy and lateron to go for CIMA or to go for CA and then for ACCA or else with CS along with job should i go for cost accountancy and later on for CA.One more thing my father is very much supportive and he tells me that jab jako tabi savera.suppose I do CS then with MBA +CS will i be absorbed in Bg 4 for training(article ship)what will be my stipend.and addtional support can be that iwill start coaching class. Iam dtermined to do that. Please guide me . I want professional and genuine help as their is burning desire in me to excel in academics. i am doing articles at a firm..this is just my 3rd week..i have just submitted details for regstratn in that firm itself...they are gonna do it for me thro some computer means..infact they didnt use that 50Rs. articleship form which institute issues..they just asked that id card issued by our institute along with that form..my 1st month of service is soon approaching..nw my question is
1.do i get any income before they register me?
2.the date that guy enters details in his system and issues a receipt is the date of my articleship commencement???

I'm pursuing b.com III year course,
My Interest lie in Auditing.Should i opt for an accounting or audit internship that will equip me with required experience to start off a decent career as an Junior-auditor? If so, what should be the nature of work? I'm postponing my pg studies for few years due to family reasons.I stay at Hyderabad.
