hii...i want to know what should i do after ca, so that there should be a value addition in my career from salary point of view as well as other matters.

For Indian industries CA in itself is a well demanded qualification.
But the additional course depends on your interest. Following are some options:
Investment Banking - CFA
Valuation - Actuary
Law - LLB/CS
Finance - CS/CWA/MBA Finance.
