I am a chartered accounted and have been appointed in a delhi based co.but i dont wanted to deduct my PF so till date salary is drawn from one of its sister concern. My question is if my relieving letter would be from sister concern and it would be written that i was handling whole of group companies whether other cos.would accept it?

I was holding full time cop till january, however surrendered it as i went into employment. Now i want to reapply cop as i want to start my own practice. Please guide me with the procedure.. what all forms need to be filled in or whether just an application will suffice?

i have heard a c.s does not have wide scope in a i.t based company.instead it has scope in manufacturing companies. is it true ? and also let me know how best a c.s be so that he earns greater scope of work and be at the helm ?

This is for the attention of all the CA's who have qualified and yet have to strive for jobs. Everytime I get a call for interview, the only thing where I am stuck is experience. I wish to enter into IDT whereas my articleship (which happens to be from one of the top 10 Indian firms in New Delhi)experience revolves around audits and IDT work done during audits only. I have qualified my CA in first attempt throughout. And see where I am standing....with a degree in my hand-JOBLESS. even a person who is not a professional is doing better than me. I am getting a feeling as if I am some dummy article. What is my fault??? just that i wish to do what I love doing??? It may sound very bollywoodish but untill and unless I am hired where is the experience going to come from???
If I am not getting a job, I dont know how people with people who have cleared after 6 attempts or the dummy articles find decent jobs and that too in the area of their choice?
My question to everyone out there who is either working or hunting for a job like me because I am just not able to figure out what else is required in my CV?

I have yesterday resigned from the service after serving more than 5 years with them.

I was not having cordial relation with my immediate boss. I tendered my resignation to the CFO, who advice me to take it back and think over it once again.

I told him the that the hierarchy of the profile is in such a order I have to report to him only. My immediate boss is having 25 years of experience while I have only 6 years even than he sometimes behave in childish manner.

He has a desire to become CFO and management of the Company and Contd/-

My weak points are- audit especially SAs
My strong points- I like AS, excellent at flowcharts and decision table. SM okay. Advanced okay.

My fears- Audit and IT(theory)

Passed group 1 before.

No classes right now and leave from office.
Do I have enough time or should I quit.

I m working in MNC. I want to do CA. I hav not yet cleared Ipcc. I cant leave jo job due to responsibilities.. If i do a dummy articleship then is there a chance it will be identified or traced post articleship ?and if traced what would be the concequences ? Due to current job i pay tax.. PF is deducted. And its my strong wish to do CA.
