I'm a recently qualified Chartered Accountant.I get a chance in ICRA online Ltd in their KPO devision as a lead analyst.

But I dont have an idea about Carrear Prospect in a KPO co.
Is there a better career opportunity??

My friend is a b.com background. Now he has pursuing mba 2nd year. He is choosing = major as finance = minor HR or Marketing plz say which will give more oppurnities in future either HR or Marketing thanks in advance.

I'm a qualified CA/CWA,
I got an opportunity to work in Bangalore with a Big Construction Company with a salary package of Rs.5 lacs p.a with 20 percent hike every year based on performance.. but with a contract of 3.5 years..

I've also got an opportunity to work with mid range company within my home town with a package of 4 lacs p.a without any contract..

Which is the best to choose between?

I get offer for management trainee position but I don't what this designation indicates or what I am required to do there

I am a student of CA Final. My attempt is on may 2015. Till now i dont start any coaching for ca final because my financial condition is weak for pay the coaching fees.

Sir, I want to do the preparation by my own with the help of suggested books and institute's study material.

Please guide me on the same for study manner and timing of my study.

Give any suggestion on this

For the financial year 2014-15 my details are as under:-
Salary........21000 p.m...21000*12=252000
Bonus received.....................44555
(19% of actual withdrawal of
last year)
CEA....1/2 of salary...............10500
(received in july)
Transport allowance...1/2 of salary..10500
(receivable in march)
Leave encashment.....27 days leaves are given in a year.

*Transport allowance and leave encashment computation are on the basis of salary of payment at the time of payment and increment is made on diwali.My queries are
What is fixed and what is variable component?
I have qualified in November 2009 whether my salary is as per the market standards???

I am a qualified CA, CS and CMA

I did my CA via entrance exam

I do have 15 years of experience

I have not done my B.Com

I need to do MBA from a reputed Institute . However, all Institutes ask for B.Com Degree

Is it that I can never do MBA as I am not a graduate?
