I get offer for management trainee position but I don't what this designation indicates or what I am required to do there

Kindly explain me the term Management Trainee and what his duty includes

26 October 2013 Management trainee terms are used for a student who are doing training in a company under the concern profession person like doing CS training in company under a Company Secretary of that company.
