26 October 2013 I'm a qualified CA/CWA,
I got an opportunity to work in Bangalore with a Big Construction Company with a salary package of Rs.5 lacs p.a with 20 percent hike every year based on performance.. but with a contract of 3.5 years..

I've also got an opportunity to work with mid range company within my home town with a package of 4 lacs p.a without any contract..

Which is the best to choose between?

26 October 2013 I think the offer from mid range company in your home town is better.
As in banglore the cost of living is also high ,the differential scale of 1 lacs would be just spent on rent etc.Further,you will be bound to the company for 3.5yrs.
On the other hand,its possible that within 1-2years of experience you may get better opportunities.You will be free to accept any benficial opportunity if you go for 2nd option.
