I work for a startup which is a subsidiary of a listed company.

Currently in the start-up, we have 7 employees out of which 4 have been transferred from the parent company and have been working in the parent company for more than 5 yrs, the other 3 are new employees.

we plan to have around 50 employees by the year end and a total of 150 by the end of 2 yrs.

Currently, deductions are being made from our CTC for gratuity.


My queries are as follows-

Is the gratuity act applicable to the this start-up (since we have only 7 employees as on date)?

If it not applicable then what happens to the deduction on account of gratuity to the old employees?

One of CMA have asked me to complete a project on his behalf and will fees for it.

But, now after completion of that project, i ask him to pay then he start to avoid me..

So. suggest me, wheather it is possible to complain about it to CMA Council or any other place at Institute.

and i have also submitted tentative names in Form2 for Firm Name............
I have some queries regarding it.

1. in what time i will recieve my membership no.???
2. in what time i will recieve my COP.???
3. what fomrs i need to submit for Firm registration when i recieve my COP?????????

i have completed all formalities , since last
so many days trying to contact Delhi office for my status, as per mumbai branch instruction but not able to succeed, now what
to do in this situation, because of this i am not able to print my Visiting card as well as
not able to do any certification work because of this kindly guide me .
