WHETHER I SHOULD TAKE TRANSFER AND ALSO KNOW HOW TO SELECT FIRM AS PER MY REQUIREMENT?

I am working abroad and my mother is living alone at my native in Tamilnadu. I am thinking of forming a private trust with some property so as to support her as my wife is not supportive. Can I be the trustee along with my brother in my native place. Also I want to recover the property back to me after her death. Is it possible?

I am checking the name of company in the MCA website (http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/QueryNameAction.do) by putting the desired name in the field "Company or LLP Name" and putting activity in the "Activity" field but it is returning the same page.

What does it mean? Does it mean company name is available
