Roles and Responsibilities
As an Accountant at our firm, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting and compliance tasks for various clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:
• Perform day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and voucher entry in Tally Prime / Zoho Books / QuickBooks.
• Finalization of accounts (Preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c, and Balance Sheet).
• Conduct Bank, Debtors, and Creditors reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards issued ICAI
2. GST (Goods & Services Tax):
• Calculation of monthly GST liability and Input Tax Credit (ITC) utilization.
• Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B with purchase registers.
• Preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly/annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
• Assist in handling GST notices and department queries.
3. Income Tax & TDS:
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR 1 to 6) for individ

• Experience: Minimum [2 to 3] years of practical experience, preferably in a CA Firm environment.
• Software Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.),
• Technical Knowledge: Well-versed with the Income Tax portal, GST portal, and MCA portal.
