Dear CMA's,
Plz help me,
One of CMA have asked me to complete a project on his behalf and will fees for it.
But, now after completion of that project, i ask him to pay then he start to avoid me..
So. suggest me, wheather it is possible to complain about it to CMA Council or any other place at Institute.

Do you have anything in writing? If not then you can write to the client that your fee is not paid by the concerned person and at the same time you should communicate in writing and then refer the matter to ICAI if you are ca and he is also ca.
