I have just joined ICSI Exe. Course and would like to know what is ICSI sacnner and how i can download it and how it can help me in studies?

What is the procedure for getting ca membership? Can i apply for part time COP, if i m already in full time employment? And can the part time COP be converted in full time COP later on? Please guide me.. I m confused whats the right way...

Hi i have query in bonus payment,
for payment of bonus which salary is to be considered?
Rs.3500 is to be considered on days served basis?
And if any employee is on leave for few days and his leaves are adjusted against leave taken then which salary to be considered?
eg employee is getting basic salary of Rs.3500pm and he is present for the month of April for 25 days and 5 days are adjusted against sick leave 2 days and PL 3days then what amount to be considered as bonus for that month?

We want to recfity the TDS returns as we want to make an additional entry of the employee and also change a pan entry which was wrongly fed.

We use the etdswizard (fast facts) marketed by Tax print.

Please help with the procedure.

My friend has just qualified CA and want to apply for Certificate of practice, he is also a wholetime director in a Pvt. ltd. co., can he continue his directorship with Practice? Is he eligible for applying for COP?
