i hav passed 1st group of ipcc...how should one apply for articleship???plzz help

You have to select a practicing CA, and fill the required Form (103 and 102).
Take care of constraints like location, distance, timing while selecting the CA Firm.

I will suggest you to get registered under your known CA and you will have to file form No. 102 & 103
