25 July 2012 Hi i have query in bonus payment,
for payment of bonus which salary is to be considered?
Rs.3500 is to be considered on days served basis?
And if any employee is on leave for few days and his leaves are adjusted against leave taken then which salary to be considered?
eg employee is getting basic salary of Rs.3500pm and he is present for the month of April for 25 days and 5 days are adjusted against sick leave 2 days and PL 3days then what amount to be considered as bonus for that month?

25 July 2012 Bonus can be calculated based on the working days. Rs.3500 can be calculated as working days basis deducting loss of pay and leave
