What is procedure of merger of CA Firms, if one of the firm is situated in delhi & other in patna, & Ranchi and if the oldest firm is placed at Patna in which the delhi & ranchi firms is planning to merge. since last 6 months, it is found that One of our Income tax Officer and Inspector are harassing some clients asking money. Otherwise they will take the case in scrutiny
manually.We know that they are harassing our clients.Now I would like to written complain

I am not having any experience for HR dept.

My problem is i have to mark all employees.

I notice that all the staff sending any document without proper covering letter & without envelope. They are told the peon to send courier to party.

Last 7 days 4 cases documents delivered in wrong address & having loss Rs. 57 lacs.

our management inform me to send mail to all employee to make courier envelope with proper envelope with address & handover to peon for courier.

Pls help me to draft the letter or forward me letter format.

My trust was registered under FCRA a year back through a consultant.Now it is not possible for us to trace him , but we need to file the annual return for which we dont have the password. if we use the forget password option then it replies that the password has been sent to the registered mail-id.

Unfortunately we dont know the mail-id that was used in the application.

How to file the return or to whom the issue need to be discussed or contacted.
