Dear Sir,
I am working in HR dept from the last week.
I am not having any experience for HR dept.
My problem is i have to mark all employees.
I notice that all the staff sending any document without proper covering letter & without envelope. They are told the peon to send courier to party.
Last 7 days 4 cases documents delivered in wrong address & having loss Rs. 57 lacs.
our management inform me to send mail to all employee to make courier envelope with proper envelope with address & handover to peon for courier.
Pls help me to draft the letter or forward me letter format.

Maintain a REGISTER. Make it sign by every person sending courier. Put a notice to that effect on the notice board, if any or circulate the CIRCULAR.

first you should maintain books of adresse(important) or you can cross check three four time if its valid
