in ca exam DOES PASS PERCENTAGE DETERMINE HOW MANY STUDENTS PASS IN AN EXAM or ON THE BASIS OF NUMBER OF STUDENTS HAVE PASSED PASS PERCENTAGE IS CALCULATED
