26 July 2012 What is procedure of merger of CA Firms, if one of the firm is situated in delhi & other in patna, & Ranchi and if the oldest firm is placed at Patna in which the delhi & ranchi firms is planning to merge. What will be the steps that would be taken by above firms and what abount delhi & ranchi firm Bank empanelment allotement no.?
