I have a question regarding registration under DGFT for getting Import Export Code (IEC).

Does an Educational Institution(Trust) is required to get the IEC for import of Furniture from china?

The trust intends to use the furniture for persnal use and not for any commercial intensions.

how to enter date in voucher entry manually in tally
bcoz i want date manually in voucher entry i am changing date but it is not changing it coming as per current only.
e.g. i want to 19-04-14
but it is showing today's date only it is not changing please there is any setting of date then tell me

Sir doubt regarding wealth tax i want to know how to calculate gold rate in per gram basis and the amount given for 10 gms for eg : in year end 31.03.2013 the gold rate is 29610 per 10 gm which is = to 0.857 how u will calculate for per gram. please help me out thank you in advance

i'm trying to file correction returns for 26, Q3 FY2010-11

In which date of payment/credit and date of deduction in the Annexure is shown as 09/08/2010. is there anyway where i could correct this date of 01/10/2010. When i try to make changes it is not allowing any correction in the Date of deduction column and the following error is appearing


T-FV-4322 Valid Date on which tax Deducted / Collected must be provided. Date prior to relevant quarter is not allowed


Please let me know how to resolve this
