i am ipcc direct entry stud.i have 2 nd yr articleship in pune,my 1st time exam nov 14 but my study not complet or not understand now i want leave ca course bcause totaly 2yr articleship remain i have in pune ca firm i get only rs 1500 stipend wht do me?

I want to ask why there are NPAs in banks? When they are having security against loans then why they cannot realise their security?

i joined my articleship in 29/10/2014 ...and am in BCOM 2nd year regular...so while filling form 112.... is the details regarding degree to be mentioned?
if details to be mentioned how can i fill.. as am regular student?
or else i should convert bcom REGULAR to DISTANCE...plzzz help me...plzz

I have a query kindly help..I'm a qualified Company Secretary currently working in a listed Company as a Whole Time Company Secretary.....Suppose if I appear for CA IPCC and after clearing IPCC, how can I give CA Final Exam? Problem is that how can I complete my CA Articleship or register for Dummy Articleship for prescribed period bcoz as I'm already working in a Company as a WT CS....how can I do both the things at the same time?

I took admission under BCOM from A.U School of distance education in july 2012. I couldnt write first year exams due in may 2013 due to ipcc exams. I registered articles on 10-10-2013. I thought to shift to regular course, but my principal did not allow me do either regular or distance course. He neither signed form 112 nor allowed me write supplementary exams. I didnt write 1st and 2nd year exams. Due to health problem, i took termination from him on 10-7-2014 and re registered articles on 11-7-2014. At that time,i had confusion in continuing BCOM Distance course or to take regular course. So i didnt file form 112 with form103. Now i decided to continue BCOM Distance course and want to appear for supplementary exams conducted this december.

Can i submit form 112 now with condonation fee and letter? If so what reason must i mention in the letter? will my articles affected or there will be delay in my membership?
