I am going to begin trading products from my city to different parts of India very soon. The products are basically hardware products.

We already have a firm registered with the sales tax. However it isn't, in anyway related to trading of hardware items. In fact it is a Bakery unit.

Sir can I begin to trade goods under that company and not get into hassle of registering yet another company?

Due to some severe family problems I was unable to attempt first 2 attempts . These days I am giving 3rd attempt but but I don't know I will succeed or not , it is considered as 5th attempt fromicai side. I want to whether companies consider number of attempts. if I clear it(Ipcc) in 6th attempt which is considered by icai side. from my side it will be 4th attempt.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ARTICLESHIP REGISTRATION MADE AFTER 31ST OCTOBER....UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES ICAI WILL ACCEPT DELAY ?

I have taken the transfer from my employer and transfer form duly submit to ICAI and they also approved it and online status also showing the transfer but my previous employer was told me i register a complaint against you that was my fraud sign in the form 109.
and plz tell me is there is any consequences regarding this bcz icai had already approved my transfer and online status is also showing the same.

I have few question in respect of FEMA for Account out standing payable & Netting off with receivable.
(I) Can we set off International Accounts Payable with Receivable (same Party)(out standing since 6 years in Books) .

(II) is any condition is there for outstanding money needs to pay withing 6 month. if we not paid within 6 month are we required to take RBI permission for delay in payment (Import).

What are the general timings of articleship in big/medium firms in Delhi and Big4's?
I am going to start my articleship from next year and have some future decisions to be made. Pls let me know as soon as possible.

My wife's maternal grand father has executed a will. In the will he has bequethed one property in favour of two trusts. He has appointed 5 family members as common trustees for both the trustees. 3/4 of the property is bequethed in favour of one trust having 6 beneficiaries. The other portion of 1/4 property is in favour of another trust. In the will he has stated that out of income from second trust contribution to be given to 6 schools and surplus if any to be given to students of his community and the children of beneficiaries are not barred from getting the benefit. He has also stated in the will that the trustees decision is final and cannot be questioned in any court of law.

My question is

whether the second trust is a private trust or a charitable trust. Because in the name of the trust as stated by the testator he has not mentioned as charitable trust. The beneficiaries are also not public at large. The trustees have the power to deny contributions to such institutions if they decide as such.
