hello everyone!! i belong to amritsar and hv cleared both groups of ipcc in d first attempt within a time span of 9 months with 384 marks...now i am looking forward to articleship in a topmost firm..please assist me reagarding d entire criteria from CV to final interview...how should i approach??...what is d last date for joining d articleship without delaying my final attrmpt??? will d marks in 380s be a hindrance in getting articleship in a good firm of delhi...??..dont hv much idea abt all these things...please guide me..

As per FCRA act 2011 if foreign receipts is more than 1crore during the financial year then organisation has to upload a statement of receipts & utilization of foreign receipts in public domain. Now my question is what is public domain as per this act?
