what is the procedure and forms required for incorporation of LLP & partnership?

I have recently cleared CA Final. I have completed my GMCS course. I want to apply for membership & COP as well. Can I apply for both at the same time? What are the forms to be filled?

Sir I m diptiranjan, now i continuing cma, my inter level (both group)is not compIeted. Now i want to join articleship at a costing farm, according to you, can I join ?

And one thing I want to know, in a costing farm which type of work, I will gain.

CAN WE FILE C-FORM APPLICATION ON QUARTERLY BASIS ONLY ? OR WE CAN FILE IT YEARLY , HALF-YEARLY ETC?

IN THE EXCEL SHEET OF C FORM (IN SOR) WE HAVE TO FILL THE INFORMATION PER QUARTER ? OR WE CAN FILL YEARLY INFORMATION ?

at the time of articleship although was pursuing B.Com.
Now wants to disclose the same to the institute.kindly state the procedure & documents required for doing the same.
will it cause any delay in getting the membership.

I want to get a detail knowledge in regard to TDS like:

a) which type of work on which tds should be deducted ?

b) what is the slab rate applicable for the work done

c) if no TDS is to be deducted on a bill, then how will i know ?

Myself suren master degree holder in commerce. Last month i had attained the age 28 and also registered for ca course.Now i want to know the oppurtunity for ca's after the age of 32 or more. . . i have joined the course in this age is it wrong. . i need your valuable guidance . . .
