CAN WE FILE C-FORM APPLICATION ON QUARTERLY BASIS ONLY ? OR WE CAN FILE IT YEARLY , HALF-YEARLY ETC?
IN THE EXCEL SHEET OF C FORM (IN SOR) WE HAVE TO FILL THE INFORMATION PER QUARTER ? OR WE CAN FILL YEARLY INFORMATION ?

C form Application must be made in acordance to the vat returns and details must be provided in qtly basic. The Details must contain in qtly basic total value of all invoice and qty etc. ok

IT MEANS WE HAVE TO FILE FOUR C-FORM APPLICATION SEPERATELY FOR A PARTICULAR YEAR. FOR EACH QUARTER WE HAVE TO FILE SEPERATE C FORM APPLICATION. AM I RIGHT ?

WE HAVE FILED VAT RETURN FOR THE F.Y.2013-14 ON QUARTERLY BASIS, SO NOW HOW I SHOULD FILE C-FORM APPLICATION ? CAN I FILL ALL 4 QUARTER'S DETAILS IN ONE SOR ? OR I HAVE TO FILL 4 SOR FORMS ?

yes if you qtly return then you have to file 4 c form req. return along with regular return. 4 return and it should be match with your out of state purchase

if u r from maharashtra then download e-C form following details must be mention
in form to date ( Return period date whether you submit qly yealy ret.)
in Details where form type, name of the form accepting details row record period of transaction is must be qtly... just download form it will clear your doubt.
