I have recently cleared CA Final. I have completed my GMCS course. I want to apply for membership & COP as well. Can I apply for both at the same time? What are the forms to be filled?

You may do so, no issues. The catch is to hold COP, you need to be a member of ICAI. So logically, first you become the member and then go for COP.

I would suggest you to first complete the formalities to register / add your name in the register of member maintained by ICAI.
