Is there any benefit of doing CS with CA when we want to start practicing after completing CA?

Sir/Mam,
I cleared CPT but was not able to clear any of the groups in IPCC and my graduation is completed now. I have converted into direct entry scheme so to start my article ship and move further and as per recent notification (WWW.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=11753&c_id=347) its not compulsory to complete 9months of article ship and 8months of study period for those who have converted into direct entry scheme through cpt route. So my query is as per this I can appear in Nov 15 attempt and when to submit exam form because till now I haven't received any confirmation letter for direct entry application form.

from when Indian AS is applicable for CA final?

SIR AS PER ICAI RULES, IF AN ARTICLE HAS WORKED FOR MORE THAN 35 HOURS IN A WEEK DURING HIS ARTICLESHIP OF 3 YEARS, CAN HE SET OFF THESE EXCESS HOURS WORKED AGAINST HIS LEAVE TAKEN. PLEASE PROVIDE US THE INSTITUTE'S GUIDELINES MENTIONING THE SAME.
DURING EXAM LEAVE,WHETHER SUNDAYS & NATIONAL HOLIDAYS ARE TO BE TREATED AS LEAVE OR PART OF ACTUAL PERIOD SERVED?

I am qualified as CA in May 2015 exam. I would like to register in campus placement. But I am not complete GMCS till now. But registration form requires completion date of GMCS compulsorily and also the experience in audit of companies and the industry in which the company belongs. I am not done any audit in any company. How can I register in campus placement programme conducted by ICAI in August-september 2015?

I was doing my MBA in bangalore and now I have cleared my IPC group 1. I would like to register for articleship in Mangalore so I have quit MBA in the 2nd year and registered as an article in mangalore firm.Am I supposed to inform institute that I have Quit MBA in form 112.

we registered dealer in telangana state and we have sold goods on Daman against c Form but for year 2014-15 Q1 party has issued one c Form for apri'14 to june'14 instead of 2 c froms 01.04.14 to 01.06.14 & 2.06.14 to 30.06.14. is it acceptable by the commercial tax dept. Please advise. thank you
