Can CA firm use or switch on light during night for their board attention at outside the office?

Hi,
I have never come across any restriction in ICAI regulations regarding switching on the light during night. So you should go ahead.

You CANNOT use neon sign board. But there is no restriction on installing a normal tube light above the board and leaving it on during the night.
As a precautionary measure, the tube light should be of a normal colour & should not blink continuously.
