DURING EXAM LEAVE,WHETHER SUNDAYS & NATIONAL HOLIDAYS ARE TO BE TREATED AS LEAVE OR PART OF ACTUAL PERIOD SERVED?

08 August 2015 01.If the articled has worked for more than 35 hours per week, the issue is to be settled with the concerned Principal i.e. CA under whom you are doing the articleship.

02. Except for the days of examination, the other days like Sundays, national holidays etc. are to be treated as the part of LEAVE.
