How can i transfer or edit the PAN of TDS on sale of immovable property ?

PLEASE I NEED URGENT FORMAT OF AFFIDAVIT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PARTNERSHIP FIRM REGISTRATION.
THERE IS A THREE POINTS WHICH SHOULD INCLUDE IN THE AFFIDAVIT:
1. NATURE OF BUSINESS
2. SOMETHING WHICH IS INCLUDE IN CHIT FUND ACT
3. ONLY SINGLE FIRM OF THAT NAME.

SO PLEASE WHICH FORMAT I USE..........

Can anyone send the main objects (Moa & Aoa) for marriage halls only and not including any hotel services like hotel rooms and restaurant.
