can two partnership having same address?? both having different partners

Practically if you can prove it then its possible... There is no Ban if its true & not just made up for tax evasion purpose.

if Same office if you Register Partnership Firm , What about VAT or ST , if you want to have registration for Single premises you will not Get 2 Registration, at least There should be 2 separate office in Same premises is not a issue.
