Dear All,
We are Pvt. Ltd. company, import goods from other country and paid all govt. duty.We remitted the exporter according to their proforma invoice. But unfortunately they have provided a wrong proforma invoice and bill of entry has been generated with wrong invoice i.e 360 USD insted of 3834 USD. But we have paid 3834 USD to them. Now the problem is, in bill of entry it shows only 360 USD but in copy of bank it shows 3834 USD. So Can bank accept the Bill of entry ? if not please inform how can we solve this problem? Is their any chance to change the bill of entry?

i have registered online now but after doing login it is not showing partnership organisation details as there is no option to enter firm registration no. also

To file form E system is mandatory showing message that partnership firm details does not exist...

My income doesn't fall under Taxable income but there is deducted showing in my Form 26AS

Section - 194A A.Y - 15-16 Total TDS decucted is more than 40K
I forgot to provide 15G form at that time .
Can i file ITR and refund that amount ?
Do i have to file ITR before 31st of March 16 ?
