Hi sir/mam,
I would like to start an event management company as a sole proprietary concern. Wht are the formalities to be undertaken? Should i get it registered? What are the documents requirement to open a bank account?

For opening a Proprietorship, you need to only get service tax number that will get an proof for banks for opening a current account
