31 March 2016 Any one please tell how to file 20Band 23AC & ACA as the concerned forms has been withdrawn from mca site from last days.how to proceed with ,if we try to fill AOC -4 it accepts from april 2014 financial year.kindly guide.urgent

31 March 2016 My observation is from the notice hosted in MCA home page effective from 27.3.2016. As you said GNL-2 is not presently available so no alternative other than to wait for the form or alternative arrangements from MCA.

31 March 2016 Updation is only in papers. Could not file a single form since 27.3.2016.

31 March 2016 I also had encountered for logging the site from past two days,cant even chk master data of companies

18 April 2016 Now ,MCA says form 20B, 23ACA, 23AC etc would be made available shortly for filing purposes. Users are requested not to file these forms as attachments with GNL-2 eform.
