28 March 2016 Form A was filed offline since longback..
now there is change in constitution of firm & i want to file Form e online

i have registered online now but after doing login it is not showing partnership organisation details as there is no option to enter firm registration no. also

To file form E system is mandatory showing message that partnership firm details does not exist...

28 March 2016 Please contact the concerned "sub registrar of firms" under whose jurisdiction the firm was registered manually. The authority is required to set the problem resolved.
If you feel that the said authority is NOT responding properly to your query, send a R.P.A.D. to the said authority

30 March 2016 but now they are saying now that if form A was raised offline then form E also has to be raised offline only :(

30 March 2016 that is the solution. Go for it. What do you want? Do you want to teach lesson to sub registrar of firms OR you want to comply with form E.
I think your difficulty is form E. When they are saying to file it off line, do it.

30 March 2016 i'm unaware about the procedure to file form E offline.........pls guide on this .....@ site Fee of Rs. 1200/- showing but in form E (which i took from registrar today) showing Fee Rs. 300/- so confused...actually i want to know the entire procedure....

30 March 2016 Fill the form E.
Notorise the same.
Submit it to sub registrar of firms along with self addressed & self stamped (postal) envelope, and a Rs100 general stamp paper.
Pay the fees as demanded by the firm office.
A money receipt is issued by the firm office. Please keep it carefully. Normally you will receive the effect of change after one year. The same comes through the self addressed envelope.
(Just a practical side......even if you forget to do anything.... go to firm office...some one in the office only will have every thing with him as above. Do take the help of such a person)
