21 March 2016 I have following query in respect of Inc-29

1 what option we should choose under clause 2(b) and 2 (c) for MOA and AOA
if i choose yes then form 30 and form 31 i need to follow etc......

21 March 2016 If you are Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA) are as per schedule I to the Companies Act, 2013 then choose option yes if not then choose option no.

22 March 2016 If we follow Inc-1 method, that time also MOA and AOA are as per schedule 1 of the companies Act,2013
same AOA and MOA we take in INc-29????

22 March 2016 EForm INC-29 deals with the single application for approval of name of the company, incorporation of a new company and/or application for allotment of DIN. The incorporation process will remain the same whether you file INC-29 or INC-1,INC-7

22 March 2016 In Inc-7 ,there is no any clause regarding sec 2(b) and 2 (c), but MOA and AOA format is same
so we need to choose yes or not
if we choose yes then according to some expert we need to fill form 30and 31

if u want i can send you MOA and AOA word copy after that u advice me

one more question In INC-29 MOA and AOA should be signed by CS ???????????

22 March 2016 If you choose yes there is no need to file form 30 and 31 only requirement is use of standard template of (MoA) and AOA prescribed under schedule I to the Companies Act, 2013 ,

There is no compulsion that AOA and MOA need to be signed by CS, However CS can witness the signature of the Subscribers
