I am a PCC student, appearing in November 2009. I want to reply queries if i can. As it will help me in my practise. So, kindly, let me know the procedures.

I'm CA Final student registered under old course. Originally i had started my articles training and register on 30/04/2006 and now I will be taking transfer showing transfer date as 15/11/2008. So plz help me to know the balance period of my articles training and what about my excess leaves , if any?

Total Articles Days served (Actual total Days) 707 Days or 101 weeks

Total Leave taken till Date 155 Days or 22 weeks

Can anybody tell me 1) On which date my total 3 years articleship will end?

2) What will be starting and ending dates in my new Form 102 and Form 103 to complete my balance period of articleship?



3) Do I have to do execute Form 107(excess leave) at later date, if yes, then when?

Can anyone tell me where can i find the "average exchange rate of the US Dollar against the Rupee" for F.Y. 2007-08?
I scanned sites such as rbi.org.in and that of fedai but did not get the average rate.
Pls throw some light into this matter.

I have passed my ca in last Nov. 07 exams (result came in Jan 08).

I am not possessing COP. I am working as an employee in ltd. com.

joined her husband name after her marriage ,& she gave her name for her company & ESI,PF etc
